• Interlocking safety signals with the pellet mill: safety door, rotation alarm, opening, etc., interlocking devices in the pelletizing cycle.
• PID control of the feed rate speed for the pellet mill based on pellet mill amperage or output, with pellet mill amperage parameters set according to a formula.
• PID control of % steam valve, water, and other liquids for the pellet mill based on temperature, with pellet mill temperature parameters set according to a formula.
• Monitoring the running time and productivity of the pellet mill according to the pelletizing plan.
