Factory design and construction
The factory was designed by TFS solution IAS according to a modern production model with a one-way flow, including a 30,000 ton silo, a 27,000 m³ raw material warehouse and an adjacent truck reception area to optimize the import of goods. Raw materials are supplied directly to the production tower, where the grinding – mixing – pelletizing stages take place. Finished products are transferred directly to the finished product warehouse and the bulk loading area, ensuring fast and continuous delivery. The system of micronutrient warehouse, bag warehouse, waiting vehicle area and office are scientifically arranged, creating a factory that operates efficiently, safely and meets GMP – HACCP standards.

Factory Overview
