MES

MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is considered an intermediary system between ERP and SCADA systems, also known as process management systems.

MES is a control system designed to manage and monitor work during the manufacturing process in a plant, tracking all production information in real-time. It gathers data from robots at scheduled intervals, machine screens, and staff.

This system was developed to improve productivity, reduce production cycle time, save costs, and professionalize even the smallest production stages. MES can be integrated with ERP to enable factories to proactively ensure the distribution of quality, efficient, and timely products.
