SCADA

SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) traditionally refers to a system for supervisory control and data acquisition. It supports humans in the process of remote monitoring and control.

Thuận Nhật’s SCADA software is designed to be intuitive, user-friendly, securely stored, easy to use, and easily customizable to integrate with software from other manufacturers and suppliers. It is applied in various manufacturing industries:

System functions

  • Managing materials, bins, and recipes across multiple versions.
  • Setting operational parameters according to the recipe and materials for each stage and individual machine clusters to ensure reliability, stability, and productivity.
  • Setting minimum/maximum allowable levels at weighing points to protect the weighing system.
  • The system allows for operation in two modes: automatic and manual.
  • Interlocking devices within the process and safety signals.
  • Checking for cross-contamination and requiring line cleaning before starting the production plan.
  • Alerting and controlling when the required weight exceeds the capacity of the automatic weighing points.
